Father Leo Patalinghug is a priest member of a community of consecrated life called Voluntas Dei. He is the creator and founder of Plating Grace, founder and chair of The Table Foundation, a best-selling author, international speaker, and host of Savoring Our Faith on EWTN.

He also operates an award-winning, Baltimore-area food truck, which hires people coming from the prison system or disadvantaged communities while serving delicious meals and serving the poor.
